Founded in 2018 by roaster/owner Ben Hills in Springfield VT, Flying Crow Coffee Co. produces high quality, fair trade organic coffee on a small scale. Roasted 2 lbs at time with care and individual attention given to each batch. Ben has decades of passion for food behind him as well as being a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Schools of America, long time home baker and cook, professional and hobby brewer. After enjoying some great locally roasted coffees during his 12 years living in Arizona, he decided to start a roasting company of his own shortly after moving back to New England and settling in Springfield Vermont. Flying Crow Coffee Co. will be available for sale at select farmer’s markets in Vermont, as well as some local co-op food stores.
